Special Seeds is a mod created for the popular game tModLoader that adds a variety of unique seeds that can be used to create custom worlds. Inspired by mods such as "Not the Bees!" and "The Constant", this mod adds a new level of excitement and creativity to your gaming experience.
Description of Special Seeds
- New Seed Options: The Special Seeds mod provides a collection of exciting seed options to choose from when creating a world. These seeds offer different types of terrain, structures, and challenges to explore.
- Customizability: With the Special Seeds mod you can customize your own unique seed. While customization options are currently limited, you can mix different seeds together to create even more varied and interesting worlds.
- Advanced World Gen Dependency: Please note that this mod requires the Advanced World Gen mod to be installed for full functionality.
- Easy Seed Selection: To select a specific seed when creating a world, simply click on the gear icon next to the SEED option.
- New Gaming Experience: Each seed offers a unique gaming experience with its own set of features and surprises. From icy landscapes to jungles, you will face various challenges and secrets along the way.
Available seeds:
- Custom: Click on the tree button during world creation to select blocks.
- Icemania: Spawn in a world where most of the surface and rock layers are covered in ice and snow. Giant ice spikes can be found everywhere, and there may also be hidden secrets waiting to be discovered!
- Junglemania: Prepare to emerge into a world where dirt and stone are prevalent everywhere. Hives are scattered throughout the world, promising encounters with bees and their treasures!
- Desertmania: Experience a sandy adventure by appearing in a world where most of the surface and rock layer is made up of sandstone and hardened sand. Prepare for a quagmire!
- Meteormania: In this seed, the surface is mostly rock and the rock layer is filled with meteorites. Meteorites have fallen all over the surface, and you'll encounter meteorite pyramids that may hold valuable secrets!
- Rainy Day: Prepare for a world where the entire sky is filled with clouds! Your spawn point will be high in the sky, providing a unique starting point for your adventures.
- Cavemania: Explore a world filled with giant caves and underground wonders. Keep an eye out for the large earthen spikes underground, and at the very heart of the world you will find a huge pyramid of granite and marble hiding its secrets.
- Nuked: Enter a world where most of the surface and rock layer is covered with earth. There is no normal grass or trees here and you have to be careful as the geiger counter starts ticking above the surface and in the liquids. Prolonged exposure to these areas will cause serious damage!
- Trapmania: Beware of traps placed throughout the world! Pay attention to the cracked stone, as it will break if you step on it. Be careful to avoid unexpected surprises!
- Woodlands: Start your journey in a world where a large tree dominates the spawn area. The world is filled with green leaves and branches, creating a unique and magical atmosphere.
- Upside Down? (Upside Down World?): Travel to an upside down world where gravity is reversed. Get ready for a thrilling experience as you travel through this upside-down world!
- Spider: Venture into a world full of spiders and their complex webs. Your spawn point will be underground, and beware as spiders are afraid of light!
- Short: Experience a shorter world with a reduced size of several hundred blocks. Please be aware that combining this seed with others may increase the chance of errors.
