Storm's Additions Mod (formerly known as Storm Diver's Additions Mod) is a mod that adds a ton of new unique content to the game, totaling over 300 items. It expands on some of the vanilla game's item sets and includes many new unique sets spread throughout the game, as well as many individual items that are obtainable in their own unique way.
Description of Storm's Additions Mod
This mod includes:
- Over 100 new unique weapons of all classes, including some minions and watchtowers
- Over 40 new accessories, including new Expert Exclusive items and some changes to vanilla accessories
- 15 new armor sets with unique set bonuses, some of them use a separate hotkey, make sure it is assigned in control settings (default is V)
- 29 new enemies throughout the game, with banners and bestiary entries
- 3 new bosses: one at the end of the pre-difficulty period, one on Plantera's level with a setting to fight him instead, and one secret after the Full Moon
- New ammo, tools, potions, appearance items and pets
- The cultist drops off his bag with some new items
- New member of the Legion of Frost
- Full Wikithis support
The mod also contains some small quality of life features:
- New recipes and loot for some impossible-to-craft vanilla items, including the Rod of Mayhem, Snow and Gladiator Armor, the Cham Fisherman, and even the Slime Staff
- Special super mannequin with multiple options
- Most NPCs now sell their dropped weapons
- A special mini-boss after the Full Moon that drops Moon Fragments and Luminite
- Item that can remove shields from pilasters
- Generates additional chests from granite, marble and mushrooms in the corresponding biomes
